“Wine Cork Hotpad” #TBCCrafters Hop
Since we all recently celebrated Valentine’s Day, I’m sure that there are some of you with leftover wine corks, or even some from the apple cider bottles. I always look for corks at yard sales and was blessed to get a package from my Mom from a local restaurant in her area up in the Rogue River area of Oregon. You can make so many things from these great pieces and help follow the “Triple-R” rule for life – Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. I love being able to make things that I’ll use from other things I’ve already used.
These are very easy to make and the size, dimensions, etc., are all completely up to you. You could even take it a step further and soak them in grape juice, etc. to have them be colored. Completely up to you. Just get out your glue gun and go to town!!
