So I got an email from BrandBacker about this new makeup line coming out for One Direction and thought, how cool! There are so many people on fire for this band and now they can actually wear their brand of makeup to the concerts, that’s genius!
At first I wasn’t sure what to expect. I figured it would be like the old Tinkerbell products from the 80’s when I was young, but it turned out to be really different.
The quality was very good. There is a lot of things in this cool collectible box. It came with eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, nail polish, lipstick & gloss and these cool little things you can use to create designs with your makeup – how fun is that? The product I got was from the “Up All Night” collection, so the colors, etc. would be perfect for going out in the evening or just having fun any time of the day – depending on your make-up style, that is.
The mascara and eyeliner were very easy to use and the lip products were great, as well. Now, about the nail polish…I sure wish I could learn to use my left hand better!! ha/ha The color of this polish was amazing – so many different tints, etc. I love it!
The box has some great info, as well. Different ways to wear your makeup and some detail of what’s inside. There is also a promo piece that shows all of the kits available and what they are perfect for, as well as info about what it’s all about. The box that it comes in can be used for just this set, or even by removing the plastic shell. Then you can store a lot more of the One Direction makeup in one place!!
