Take Some Time To “Exhale” With Plumb!

I received the new “Exhale” album by Plumb from FlyByPromotions.  I had heard her music before, especially on Air1.  She is a great singer and hearing the reason of this album (video below), really makes me feel that God is using her for His glory.  Having this album be written in only the want to worship Him and not have it be only about money, fame, etc.  Finally, she gets it!!  Too many worship groups, get into the industry wanting to please God, but quickly feel that pleasing themselves is more important.  I am so glad that she finally saw “the light”!

My favorite song is “Great is our God”.  What an amazing worship song and perfect for anyone wanting to give glory to the Father.  The music is beautiful, her voice is amazing and every song makes you feel that you’re sitting in a church service, learning more about our Maker.  Great job, Plumb – we are very happy with this great album.

About the Album:
EXHALE, the seventh studio album from acclaimed multi-genre singer, songwriter and author PLUMB, expresses a new focus and vision. After the runaway success of NEED YOU NOW (the album, title track and book), which coincided with her own moving story of brokenness and ultimately healing, Exhale brims with worshipful songs of gratitude and hope.

The defining concept of EXHALE was born from a sermon at Plumb’s home church, wherein her pastor Pete Wilson expressed the notion that the Church doesn’t exist for itself. Rather, believers come to church to breathe in grace and truth, be changed, and then go out and “exhale” that hope into their surrounding community.

“That idea of exhaling hope hit me right away and I couldn’t get to the Notes section on my phone fast enough. I started writing the chorus of Exhale right then and there,” explains Plumb. “I have been made new by the ultimate hope, and I want to share and exhale that hope in every way I can.”

I think there are many times in life when I do things that I do not care what other people think. I’d rather not go into too many details about it, but sometimes they turn out to be good decisions, while other times not so great. Occasionally I end up hurting others in the process, while other times I do what is best for me and it all works out in the end. I try my best to rely on God and pray that he leads me in the right direction.
